Description from the seller
A masterpiece of artistic glass attributed to Freiherr von Poschinger, this vase captures the eye with its organic and sinuous design. Made of mouth-blown glass, it features a spherical, satinized base, wrapped by loosely applied threads of lilac- or violet-colored glass that stand out on the iridescent surface.
The iridescent finish produces shifting light reflections that vary depending on the angle and lighting, creating a rainbow-like effect that enhances the shape of the piece.
The organic silhouette, recalling the graceful shape of a calla lily or a lily, and the flowing decoration clearly evoke the influence of Art Nouveau.
Each piece is unique, a testament to the high artisanal quality of the historic Bavarian glassworks, active since 1568.
A true collector's item, ideal for adding a touch of vintage elegance and unmistakable design to any setting.
