Description from the seller
An ancient Egyptian silver Amun amulet. The figure shows the god Amun, depicted striding, with his right leg forward, crown surmounted by two ostrich plumes fused with the solar deity, Re, thereby making the supreme solar deity Amun-Re. 3.4 cm high. Suspension loop on back. Intact. Ex. Stross Collection, purchased in 1956 from Emile Mansoor.
