A rare and niche opportunity for true enthusiasts: we offer a classic Thorens TD 160B turntable, the model originally supplied without a tonearm, providing maximum audio customization, here in an iconic and highly sought-after configuration.
This specimen is paired with an SME 3009 S2 Improved standard arm, a legendary combination in the vintage hi-fi world, and an original Shure M104E cartridge in good condition.
Conditions and Details
Turntable: Original TD 160B model with satin aluminum chassis and plinth in excellent condition (as shown in the photo).
Functioning: The unit has been fully inspected and tested; it operates perfectly at both speeds, 33 and 45 rpm.
Maintenance: Brand new transmission belt.
Dust Cover: in excellent condition, with no visible scratches and with hinges working perfectly.
Braccio: SME 3009 S2 Improved standard.
