Canon EF 35mm SLR camera with a metal body, supplied with a Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 S.C. lens, in good condition and tested and working, dating from 1960–1970.
Description from the seller
CANON EF 35mm film reflex professional camera from 1973, serial no 387541
Complete with Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 S.C. lens, serial no. 143602
Excellent professional Canon SLR camera, built on the layout and chassis of its older sister the F1, the queen of SLR cameras of that era.
It differs from the latter only in that it does not have an interchangeable viewfinder and motor mount, but unlike the F1 it features an innovative electromechanical shutter that operates fully mechanically up to 1 second, while it is electronically controlled from 2 to 30 seconds.
The housing of the machine is made entirely of metal.
It features a slit shutter with metal lamellae that move vertically, from Copal Square.
The lot offered at auction is in good condition, and mechanical testing shows that it is perfect. The light meter works and the lens is in excellent condition.
These photos give you an accurate impression, and are also part of the description.
This camera is carefully and securely packaged and sent by registered mail through Post NL.
