Description from the seller
Polaroid vintage collectible item with original box
Polaroid Automatic 340 Land Camera is a classic instant camera produced between 1969 and 1971, known for its accordion-fold bellows design. It is an instant camera with a manual and a rigid case.
Main features
The Polaroid Land Camera 340 is primarily made from a combination of materials, including plastic and metal. The lens is a three-element glass lens, while the bellows are fabric/faux leather.
Design and Construction: Gray plastic body with a black bellows, a vintage look but technically complete thanks to the folding design.
Objective: It features a three-element glass lens with a 114 mm focal length, f/8.8.
Exposure: Use an automatic exposure control system with an "electric eye" (CdS light meter) that automatically sets the shutter speed and aperture, with a dial to brighten/darken the image.
Focusing: Includes a coupled rangefinder and a sight with parallax correction for precise manual focusing.
Film: He used packfilm series 100, such as Type 107 (black and white) and Type 108 (color), which developed the image in a few minutes after being separated from the negative.
Materials: Combination of plastic and metal; bellows in fabric/faux leather.
Its folded dimensions are approximately 200 x 126 x 75 mm, with a weight of about 1240 g.
The Polaroid is regarded as a classic among collectors and fans of instant photography for its retro charm and its advanced technical capabilities for its era.
Status: The Polaroid A 340 is offered as a vintage collectible item, as it was not possible to test its operation with film and batteries that are difficult to obtain.
The Polaroid hasn’t been tested with film and a battery, but I don’t know if it works; it could work very well given the care with which it has been stored, since film and a battery are difficult to obtain.
Shipping is available exclusively to EU member states, excluding all islands.
A tracking code will be assigned to the shipment.
