Diorama Unico 'Before the Sea Closes' - Yokosuka M6A1 Seiran
Description of the work: A splendid handcrafted and hand-painted historical diorama in scale, capturing a moment of high operational tension in the Pacific, 1945. The piece, titled "Before the Sea Closes," depicts a Japanese attack seaplane Yokosuka M6A1 Seiran beside an icy pier, with the striking feature of the underwater section visible.

Technical and craftsmanship details

Subject: Yokosuka M6A1 Seiran during an aborted mission.

Water Effect: Made with high-quality epoxy resin, featuring crystal-clear transparency that allows viewing the submerged part of the aircraft and the structure of the submarine underneath.

Figures: Four characters (crew/officers) custom-designed and 3D printed, finished with meticulous detail to convey realism and dynamism to the scene.

Elegant wooden base with a descriptive plaque and decorative metal feet at the corners.

Dimensions: approximately 25 cm (length) x 17 cm (width) x 12 cm (height).

Conditions and Notes for Shipping: The item is a unique handcrafted modeling piece. The diorama will be carefully and securely packed using specific protective materials to ensure its integrity during transit. Please note: Due to the extremely delicate nature of the piece and the presence of tiny components, small parts may detach during shipping. These can be easily repositioned with a drop of modeling glue (cyanoacrylate).
