Hyksos scarab, with the underside inscribed with the nefer sign, red crown and flanked by scrolls. Fifteenth Dynasty of Egypt (fl. c. 1650–1550 BC). 1/2 inch - 1.27 centimeters.

Can be worn as a pendant with added (removable), modern gold-plated additions.

From a Florida private collection. Said to be purchased in the early 1980s.
