Japanime Art Gallery is a Japan-based art gallery specializing in authentic anime and manga production art and historically significant collectibles. We primarily curate original animation cels, original drawings, and production materials created during the golden era of hand-drawn Japanese animation, from the 1970s to the 1990s. In addition, we carefully select rare posters, official reproduction artworks, reproduction manuscripts, and related materials that represent the history and cultural context of anime and manga. All works offered by Japanime Art Gallery are selected based on our independent curatorial standards, with a strong emphasis on authenticity, historical background, cultural significance, and preservation condition. Even when offering reproduction works, we only handle officially produced, exhibition-related, or limited-distribution items that hold genuine collectable value. Our mission is not simply to sell artworks, but to elevate anime and manga art as a recognized and respected category within the global art market, and to preserve and pass on its cultural value to future generations. We see ourselves as long-term custodians of anime and manga art, responsible for preserving, contextualizing, and introducing these works to the world as cultural and artistic assets.
