Description from the seller

Extremely rare Jaeger-LeCoultre luminous globe table clock with an 8-day movement from the 1930s. According to the Jaeger-LeCoultre book/author Cologni on page 351: 'Small luminous globe pendulum clock.' The movement is housed in the marble base. The time is displayed digitally on a rotating disc. The movement, caliber 201, has an eight-day power reserve. The glass globe features a world map by J. Forest Paris.
To preserve the originality of the clock while still illuminating the globe, we have equipped the globe with a 12V lamp. Therefore, we supply the clock with a 12-volt adapter.
Conclusion - the watch remains 100 percent original but can certainly be electrically illuminated.
Absolute museum-quality collector's item.
