Original 1960s racing jacket ensemble in very good condition, comprising two period driver jackets, eight authentic armbands, a 24 Hours of Spa Francorchamps 1964 medal, a 1966 Coupes de Paris AGACI trophy, and 26 original photographs.

Original set consisting of running clothes, official armbands, a trophy, a medal, and period photographs.
This lot comes directly from the sporting heritage of Belgian driver Pat Gautot, active in touring car competitions in the 1960s, notably behind the wheel of a Ford Mustang, Opel Kadett and Vauxhall. He took part in historic events such as the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, the Paris Cups, or several events in the Belgian and European touring car championships.
The collection as a whole constitutes an authentic and rare testimony from a driver who was active in the golden age of European motorsport.
Contents of the lot:
Two vintage pilot/paddock jackets
Off-white jacket with embroidered patches:
• Ford badge on the chest
• Ford Cotalex badge
• Sewn Belgian flag patch
• Traces of use consistent with a garment actually worn in competition
This jacket is typical of paddock or parc fermé equipment during races.
Dunlop light blue jacket.
• Round badge Auto Club / national competition
• Reinforced side bands on the arms
• Period patina, wear visible but uniform
A piece highly representative of the Dunlop Racing Service pilot equipment from the 1960s.
8 authentic armbands, among which:

- Belgian Touring Cars – Pilot / Driver
- Grand Prix de Spa 1964 – Driver
- 9 April 1967 – Stewards / Commissioner
- Marathon 1967 – Pilot 1 with embedded photo
- Spa 1966 Cup – Driver (in yellow, superb workshop/garage decoration + dedication from Pat Gautot)
These armbands come from the drivers’ access in real races.
