This is a hand-knotted Oriental rug, made from sustainable, natural materials. The knotting technique and diversity of patterns make this piece unique and highlight its authentic and artisanal character.
This is an excellent use floor covering with an extremely long lifespan.
This lightly used carpet has become more beautiful and characterful through the natural aging process. Impressive, semi-antique Sarough Mir, hand-knotted circa 1960. The charm of handmade craftsmanship shines through: nothing is perfect. Irregularities and imperfections are part of this rug and contribute to its authentic character. Despite traces of aging that adorn the rug, it remains a charming piece with a story and a wonderful slice of history.
