AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Silver bridal cup, also called the cup of love, and in particular in the 18th and 19th centuries it was the wedding gift.
A bridal cup is a drinking cup that is used during weddings and from which drinks were drunk.
This drinking set was a double goblet, made of silver, with a large goblet and a smaller goblet on top. The large goblet takes the form of a woman with a wide skirt. The challenge was to drink from both goblets at the same time without spilling.

Made by a silversmith in Germany. Probably in Hanau.

Marked with .925 and a trio of assay marks (see photo). Inspected by the warranty office on import into the Netherlands, stamped Z1 (.925).
