Description from the seller

Enamelled cast iron casserole – vintage unmarked model – white speckled enamel / interior anthracite

An old enameled cast-iron Dutch oven, unmarked, of fine craftsmanship. An atypical and rather uncommon model, characterized by thick cast iron and great durability.

Speckled white exterior enamel with a very aesthetic mineral finish, interior enamelled in anthracite. A harmonious, understated, and elegant overall look, typical of older productions.

Dimensions and weight
Handle-to-handle length: 34 cm
Diameter of the tank: 27 cm
Height with lid: 17.5 cm
Tank height: 12 cm
Weight (excluding packaging): 5.5 kg

State:
Wear and tear consistent with age.
Exterior enamel well preserved with a beautiful, uniform patina.
Anthracite interior showing normal signs of use (see photos)
No crack or structural defect.
Healthy and perfectly functional crockpot

The benefits of enameled cast iron:
Enameled cast iron ensures slow and steady diffusion of heat, ideal for long, simmered, and low-heat cooking. Its high thermal inertia guarantees even cooking and excellent heat retention. Compatible with the oven and all types of stoves, it also allows for direct serving at the table. The enamel protects the cast iron from oxidation, makes maintenance easier, and preserves the flavors of the foods.

Beautiful antique piece, sturdy and decorative, suitable for both demanding culinary use and a kitchen with character or a collection of antique utensils.

Careful and secure sending.
Kind regards
