Description from the seller
Richard Ginori – Impero Line • Gold Profile
Complete service for 12 people – finest white porcelain, Italy, 1960s/1980s
41 pieces
Splendid complete service by Richard Ginori, belonging to the famous and timeless Linea Impero, one of the most elegant and recognizable collections of Tuscan craftsmanship.
Purest white porcelain, bright, finished with a profile in hand-applied 24-karat gold: a classic Ginori piece, always sought after by collectors and lovers of Italian tableware.
The set is complete for 13 people and includes a wide range of serving pieces, which today are difficult to obtain in a single, homogeneous lot.
⸻
Composition
Service for 12 people
12 appetizer/dessert dishes
• 12 deep plates
12 flat plates
Service pieces
• 1 soup tureen with lid and ring handle (typical Empire style) the only flaw is that it has been glued, but it's hard to perceive and above all it does not impair its beauty.
• Large salad bowl
• 1 large oval serving platter
• 1 small raviera (oval dish) portion
1 round serving plate
Conditions
Excellent overall condition, with normal signs of wear and light marks on the gold, consistent with the service age. No significant cracks detected. As already mentioned, the tureen has a handle that has been glued.
Note
The Impero line is one of the most elegant, enduring, and representative services by Richard Ginori: harmonious proportions, ring handles, and classic shapes reinterpreted with modern purity.
A comprehensive service of this scope is highly sought after today and is ideal for both refined daily use and collection.
And eventually, multiple shipments that are tracked and accurate.
