Poker set - Galvagno Giulio

Elegant complete vintage game set dating from 1928, produced and distributed as a promotional gift by the Milan-based dealer Galvagno Giulio - 62 Via XX Settembre.
The case features an exterior faux-leather finish in burgundy / reddish-brown tones and a satin fabric lining with an original print.

Inside, there are:

-Two decks of original Milanese playing cards ('Naspam blue' and 'Club red'), both dated 1928

-225 chips of various shapes and colors, made of plastic/bakelite, typical of the era

-4 small round plates made of plastic/bakelite typical of the era

An item complete and consistent with the original production, showing signs of wear compatible with its age (light scratches, yellowing of the coating).

Kept in good overall condition, with functioning closures and all original components.
Note: the box containing the blue deck has come unstuck on one side due to the weather, but it is complete.
