It concerns a pair of antique salt shakers with cobalt blue glass trays and silver supports.

These items are made of solid 800 silver!!


Salt cellars were historically important and decorative objects on the table, often made of noble materials.

Cobalt glass weight, 212 g; weight of silver alone, 122 g.


The design features an openwork band with cuspate motifs and supports in the shape of animal paws and masks, typical of ancient silverware.
They can date back to periods such as the 19th century or the Napoleonic Empire, depending on the hallmark.
