Robbe & Berking, 54-piece silver-plated cutlery set in a premium '90s' silver-plate finish. The set consists of 9 soup spoons, 9 forks, 9 knives, 9 dessert forks, and 9 teaspoons, complemented by 9 serving pieces (including a soup ladle, a sauce spoon, a cake server, a serving spoon, and a meat fork). Classic, timeless design with fine vertical line detailing. Even patina, some light signs of wear, overall good, well-maintained condition.
The present service features a classic Art Deco ribbed pattern with finely fluted handles and slightly flared ends. The clean, geometric linework exemplifies the language of the New Objectivity and the interwar period.
This elegant cutlery set comes from the renowned German silverware manufacturer Robbe & Berking, Flensburg, one of the most prominent names in the European tradition of table silver.
