The MD-CROSS V2 is an HDMI / SDI converter for professional use in television, cinema, but also for the general public in the fields of photography for image retouching / capturing, as well as live streaming or post-production.
This device allows converting a HDMI source to SDI and vice versa, but not only that; it offers many possible options (see the manual provided in the package). For example: SDI in to HDMI and SDI out; SDI in to SDI out and HDMI in to HDMI out (for other modes, see the manual).
In the photo, you can see that the device was configured in out: 3G 1080p50. This setting can be modified according to your equipment.
It also allows for image overlay (useful in TV broadcasting).
The MD CROSS V2 version can be configured directly on the device using the menu and selection buttons. However, it can also be connected to a computer via the included USB cable. As a result, it is a device that is easily portable.
The device can be used to project an image onto a video projector, a TV screen, a camera, for a TV control room, a cinema hall, and essentially on almost all video sources.
The package includes 1 HDMI cable, 1 SDI cable, 1 USB cable, its power supply with 3 adapters (depending on your country of residence), its user manual (in English only), its original box, and of course, the device itself.
Everything will be well packed in another box for safety.
