This is a historic, inlaid mahogany mantel clock in Edwardian style.
Information about the clock
Style and material: The clock is made of mahogany and features inlays, typical of the Edwardian style (circa 1900-1910). The case has the characteristic arched (Gothic lancet) shape with brass fittings and feet.
Dial: An enamel dial with Roman hour numerals (I–XII) and smaller Arabic numerals (15, 30, 45, 60) for indicating quarters and minutes.
Mechanism: a multi-day mechanism (key-wound, without striking).
