Robert Crumb - Sex Obsessions - 2015

Diving into the intimate fantasies of the great graphic artist. They lean little on procreation instinct, admits Robert Crumb, who adds that nothing bores him more than someone else’s sexual fantasies. Yet he could not help, throughout his career, to mix his own fantasies with his art. He sees it as a kind of catharsis; his admirers describe it as the best of his work. Crumb has selected here the most intimate of his drawings, delivering this 256-page journey through his erotic sensibility. All the illustrations were created between 1980 and 2006, and all the comics are in bold, even brighter colors than in his albums. This volume includes 14 complete stories (notably My Troubles With Women II, If I Were a King, A Bitchin' Bod and How To Have Fun With a Strong Girl) and 62 full-page drawings.
