Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your package. It is important to keep this code well monitored. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier may return the package to us or deliver it to a pickup point. Please note that we do not cover the costs of any new shipment; these are always at your own expense.

If you have not received your package or if it arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to contact both Catawiki and us immediately. We will then work with you as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution, such as a refund, replacement, or repair of the item, depending on the specific situation.

We take utmost care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in good condition. Each item is carefully packed with quality materials to prevent damage during transit. The shipping costs we charge also include the expenses for packing and packaging materials.
