Ashtray - Brass, Wood

Antique floor ashtray / smoking column, European production (France/Belgium), early 20th century (ca. 1900–1930).
Made of brass and turned wood, with a base cast in brass decorated with motifs of dolphins / marine creatures.
Upper brass tray with a relief scene, four rests for cigars or pipes, and a central ring for carrying.
Height: about 67 cm.
Condition: good, with original patina and normal signs of aging. Not polished.
Decorative and collectible item.
