Designed by SleeplessNight, it builds a Gothic castle with a central tower, stone arches, candlelit interiors, stormy details and a crypt, and includes characters such as villagers, children, travelers and supernatural beings. The project was the first in Series 5 to receive funding, with crowdfunding beginning on June 10, 2025 and shipped in November 2025. Production was limited to 50,000 sets.

SleeplessNight's 910049 Adventure in Transylvania is a gothic masterwork, with winding black towers accented by dark red, blue, and purple roofs. With more than 4,000 pieces, this is the largest set in the series, complete with a fully packed ensemble of 13 minifigures.
