Description from the seller

Splendid Italian decorative bowl in 800 silver, with a distinctive wavy, scalloped edge, gadrooned and with a hammered finish. Used as a centerpiece to serve fruit or desserts, or simply as a decorative object.
The identification marks (hallmarks) are stamped on the surface at the back of the base: *30 PD 800. Produced by prestigious Italian silversmiths from Padua, it is well preserved and shows no dents. The bowl has the following dimensions: diameter 19 cm, height 6.5 cm, weight 295 g.
The punches '*30 PD 800' indicate the following information:
800: the silver fineness, which means that the object is composed of 80% pure silver and the remaining 20% of other metals, usually copper. This is a common standard for silverware in Italy.
"30 PD": This is the producer's identifying mark (silversmith). Research suggests that '30 PD' is the punch used by the historic Italian company Zaramella Argenti.
"" : This number enclosed in a lozenge (or another locative symbol) identifies the assay office and the city in which the producer was registered; in this case, it indicates the Padua Chamber of Commerce (PD).
So, your bowl is a solid piece of 800-grade silver produced by the company Zaramella in Padua.
The item will be carefully packed, insured, and shipped with a tracking number.
