Description
RARE Camera LD8 ROUGE Pierre LEVEQUE 8mm Film France Ciné Lévêque
The Lévêque LD 8 turret camera is equipped with a turret with three lenses. It has 5 speeds, reverse gear with rewinding and metric and image counters
In 1955, Pierre LEVEQUE equipped his L.D.8 camera with an EXAPLAN viewfinder (made in Germany).
The other characteristics were identical to those of the models précédents and were maintained until the end of production in 1960.
It should be noted, however, that the first models in this series only had 4 frame rates and an aluminum turret front, the later ones had 5 rates and a black turret front.
Only certain aesthetic details make it possible to differentiate the evolution of the manufactures.
The first models feature anodized aluminum meter backs with red graduations.
