Vintage Japanese Nakiri Knives – Set of 3

Traditional Single-Bevel Vegetable Knives, Fully Signed

This listing features a set of three vintage Japanese nakiri knives, traditionally designed for vegetable preparation in Japanese cuisine. Nakiri knives are known for their straight cutting edge, rectangular blade profile, and excellent control when chopping, slicing, and push-cutting vegetables.

All three knives are single-bevel, reflecting traditional Japanese construction and professional-grade intent.

Blade & Maker Details (from left to right):

Left knife:
Signed 「登録 照秀作」 (Registered, made by Teruhide).
The wooden handle retains its original “Registered Teruhide” label, confirming authenticity.

Center knife:
Signed 「特製 関口」 (Special make – Sekiguchi).
The handle bears a “Quality Guaranteed” label, typical of mid–late 20th century Japanese cutlery.

Right knife:
Signed 「登録 伊豆守」 (Registered Izunokami).
The handle also retains its original “Izunokami” label.
