Legras & Cie. - Carafe - Gilt bronze

An elegant antique ewer in frosted glass, French-made, dating from the late 19th century.

The body is made of matte-finished glass, delicately decorated with a relief floral design, consisting of polychrome glass appliqués.
The glassware is mounted in a gilded metal mount, finely worked. The mount features a balanced decorative composition, blending stylized botanical elements and ornamental motifs of eclectically inspired design, characteristic of decorative productions from the late 19th century.
