Antique Russian Samovar from Tula – Nikolai Malkov (pre-1918)
Offered for sale is an original antique Russian samovar from Tula, Russia, one of the most famous historic centers of samovar production.
The maker’s mark reads:
“НИКОЛАЙ МАЛЬКОВЪ ВЪ ТУЛѢ”
(Nikolai Malkov in Tula)
The old-style spelling indicates an Imperial Russian period / pre-1918 production.
This is a traditional charcoal/coal-fired samovar featuring a beautifully shaped tap and side handles – perfect as a collector’s item, decorative piece, or for traditional tea service.
