Very beautiful piece.
with prismatic, partly rhombohedrally broken white crystal formations
Elbait (green tourmaline) on quartz – Skardu, Pakistan (Hindu Kush)
Weight: 106 ct · Size: 5.40 × 3.00 × 1.60 cm
High-quality, naturally grown green tourmaline (Verdelith / Elbait) from the pegmatites of the Skardu region in the Hindu Kush, Pakistan. The crystal shows an exceptionally well-formed, fully terminated tip with clearly discernible facets and a pronounced longitudinal structure.
Particularly attractive are the fine, well-developed clear secondary crystals that give the piece extra depth, complexity, and aesthetic appeal. The color zones and the fine luster emphasize its high collectability.
A shapely, stable, and visually very attractive tourmaline, suitable for mineral collectors, display in a glass cabinet, or sophisticated decoration.
