Description from the seller
Philips Discoverer television, a space-themed collectible from the 1980s.
Unique design: Designed in 1983, it takes the form of a space helmet with a visor that can be raised or lowered to reduce glare.
Limited edition: It was created to commemorate the first launch of NASA's Space Shuttle in 1981.
Specifications: The color television has a 14-inch screen.
Connectivity: The only available input is an RF antenna, which requires an RF modulator to connect modern devices such as retro game consoles or decoders.
Attention: the keypad for changing channels, adjusting volume, and regulating tone or color powers on normally. An antenna should be connected to have the actual certainty that it works, but there shouldn’t be any problems.
A small wheel is missing on the side, as highlighted in the photo, which does not affect the opening and closing of the visor.
Very rare
