Nightstand - Wood, Marble - Flap box

This is a charming French oak pot cupboard. It probably dates from around 1900. The cabinet is in excellent original condition. The top is made of white marble with fine veining. There are no damages or cracks, and it sits loose at the edges. The original handles and latches are still present and function properly.
The interior is still fitted with the original porcelain.
Handmade, fully paneled. The back is also paneled and polished, allowing the piece of furniture to stand freely in the middle of a room—for example as a side table next to a sofa.
The whole thing is in excellent, sturdy, and original condition, but with signs of use appropriate to its age and use. In my opinion, these signs of use give a great, rugged antique patina.
