This is a rare set of three vintage Japanese Nakiri knives, traditional vegetable knives used in professional and household kitchens throughout Japan. All three knives are signed and traditionally forged, reflecting different regional and historical backgrounds of Japanese blade-making.

A straightforward, honest working knife with classic Nakiri proportions
