Handcrafted large wooden coffee table made from reclaimed poplar wood by Valencia-based designer Vicent Orts.

This sculptural piece is part of the “Clops i Plots” collection, developed during the Entorns creative residency in June 2023. Made using locally sourced and reused materials, the coffee table features poplar planks—known as “Pots de Clop”—salvaged from the rubble of old rural homes and meticulously restored. Inspired by traditional door-repair methods used by farmers, this piece reflects a philosophy of resourcefulness and sustainability. Embracing the imperfections of reclaimed wood, it invites reflection on material temporality and the value of working with what's readily available. A timeless and meaningful design object, emotionally connected to its environment and ideal for contemporary interiors seeking authenticity and character.
