Brutalist Magazine Rack (Reading Cabinet) - Hand-Carved Wood and Wrought Nails - Spanish Style - 1970s
Bid now on this unique and characterful vintage magazine rack, executed in the robust and sculptural Brutalist style. This is a beautiful example of artisanal craftsmanship from the middle of the century (Mid-Century Modern), probably originating from Spain or a similar rustic, rural design region.
Details and Features:
Style: Brutalist / Rustic / Spanish Style.
Material: Made from solid dark wood, with a striking, rugged, and hand-carved finish.
Construction: The rack is mounted with visible, decorative wrought-iron nails (tacks), which contribute to the rugged and authentic appearance.
Design: Unique thanks to the wavy, serrated edges on the handle and the top of the container, which give it a distinctive, almost sculptural form.
Condition: In very good vintage condition, with light signs of use that fit the age and character of the object.
Dimensions (indicative, please measure yourself): Approximately 56 cm high, 46 cm wide and 18 cm deep.
Use: Functionally as a newspaper rack, magazine rack, or decorative piece of furniture in a vintage or modern interior.
