Rare and elegant 4-piece coffee and tea service, French Art Deco style, made of silver-plated metal (white metal), dating from the period 1925–1930.
The service showcases a design that is highly characteristic of Art Deco, built around angular, faceted volumes, giving the whole a sculptural and modern presence.
Four-piece tea/coffee service, made of white metal with handles and lid knobs in exotic wood.
Maker's mark in a shield adorned with a reclining lion, bearing the letters “EY” the inscription “ARGENTAL” and “WHITE METAL”
Handles and knobs in dark exotic wood, probably rosewood or ebony, a dense and insulating wood, typical of the Art Deco period.
Numbers and workshop stamps visible on all pieces.
