Description from the seller

A magnificently beautiful and very old Amsterdam Jewish colander, made of hammered red copper and tin-plated on the inside.
On the front, the Star of David is clearly visible.
This colander comes from a Jewish bakery where Kosher cooking and baking took place.
The colander probably dates from the 19th century, but could be older.
The height is about 11 cm and the diameter about 48 cm; the weight is 2700 grams.
The condition is good, but it has been used; it has been neatly maintained and polished.
This colander is a family possession and has been in our possession for years.
I'm selling it now because I'm moving.
See photos for good quality details.
Well packed shipping with insurance.
