Walking stick - with a silver handle (900) in Niello technique

In this lot a walking stick with a silver handle in Niello technique:

Wonderful walking stick featuring a silver handle, fully decorated with Niello design, circa 1930.
The shaft itself is black polished, with a beautiful patina.
The handle bears silver marks on the lower edge, silver content 900, see photo.
The shaft has an original end piece, iron tip (taas)
Condition: the handle shows some color variation and small dents and at the bottom it is slightly open, see photos, not disturbing, as expected for its age.
Collector's item, rare.
