Lacquered wood travailleur table with dimensions 58 × 40 × 60 cm, estimated 1850–1900, in the Transition Louis-Philippe / Second Empire style, made in France and in good condition with some wear and age-related marks.

Tray with a hinged lid (openable)
Base with turned legs.
Central wooden spacer, turned.
Slender proportions, lightweight furniture
Simulated drawer with a central keyhole, wooden pull button/ring, discreet moulded décor
The side compartments are for wires and accessories.
Movable central plate (probably for an embroidery hoop)
Toilet seat with a painted textile design (floral motif, stylized heart)
