Westland Giftware - Music box - China - 1990-2000 - Millennium edition

This lot is a Disney Mickey Mouse Millennium Water Globe, a snow globe with built-in music box produced by Westland Giftware around the year 2000. The central glass dome features a classic Mickey Mouse figure, while the detailed base is decorated with multiple Mickey Mouse figures representing different eras of his screen history, with year plaques such as 1928, 1930, 1935, 1938, 1941, and 1955.

The piece includes a music box mechanism that plays the song “As Time Goes By.” Originally, the top of the dome featured a decorative “2000” millennium ornament; this part has been removed and is shown separately in the photos.

This item has been stored for a long time and shows noticeable condition issues, including dust, minor damage, a repaired broken hand on one figure, and floating debris inside the water. The color condition remains relatively stable, as it was kept away from direct sunlight. This model is out of production.
