Description from the seller

Gateleg table in oak of English origin, late 18th century, in its original condition.
Very beautiful proportions for a table of 6 place settings, or even 8. This table, as its name suggests, has rotating feet supporting two leaves. It is a modular table that fits perfectly in small spaces, as are often the rooms of English cottages. Dimensions of the table with the leaves closed, i.e., in console form: 118 cm wide by 45 cm deep.
The drawer handle is not original.
