Cantillon - Geuze 125

A gueuze in celebration of the 125th anniversary of Brouwerij Cantillon.

For this gueuze created to mark the 125th anniversary of Brouwerij Cantillon, we drew inspiration from lambics brewed more than a century ago. At that time, the proportion of raw wheat was higher than the current 35%. Geuze 125 is produced from lambic brewed on 27/12/2017 with 50% raw wheat and 50% malted barley, and bottled on 10/12/2021. Preferably to be enjoyed within 20 years of the bottling date.
