The fragile beauty of nature captured by Janelle Lynch with a large-format camera (20 x 25 cm) is the subject of a new monograph, Another Way of Looking at Love, published by Radius Books. In Another Way of Looking at Love, Janelle Lynch explores the interdependence of all forms of life and advocates a renewal of human relationships among them, and between the natural and spiritual worlds. For some images, Lynch creates points of connection with elements of the same species of flowering shrub. The points of connection create spaces, which represent areas where new realities can be envisioned. The representation of unity, with color and light, shows the beauty and magic of the natural world. Another Way of Looking at Love follows the belief that in their organic and spiritual essence, human beings are inextricably linked to each other and to Mother Nature. “We are wired to form connections, and our elemental similarity unites us and transcends our apparent differences. Our well-being and the well-being of the world depend on healthy relationships between us and with the Earth.” Awed by the power of nature, Another Way of Looking at Love seeks to reinvent the power of connection: to each other, to the planet, and to the generative possibilities of the moment.”} } )?Oops adjust final.
