Imposing antique inkwell in Animalier style, made by the French sculptor and ceramist Louis Babelin (late 19th - early 20th century). The work depicts a hunting dog in a dynamic pose on a naturalistic base that integrates two functional compartments: one circular for ink and one elongated for pens.
