La Bellhop was not born by chance, but as a project conceived for the London Design Museum in 2016 by designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, two significant voices in contemporary design.

The lamp was conceived as a light source that is as functional as it is friendly: an object you can easily move, somewhat like a modern companion candle, capable of creating soft, comforting light without glare.

With its compact form, the polycarbonate body in colored material and the opal diffuser, Bellhop combines solidity, practicality and contemporary poetry. A table lamp that invites you to pause, gather conversations and intimate atmospheres around a table, a sofa or a bed nook.
