Pure Japanese agricole rum from the Kikusui Shuzo distillery (founded in 1881, with a sake tradition in Niigata), made with 100% fresh sugarcane juice from Shikoku Island (Japan's oldest sugarcane plantation). Aged for 7 years in American oak barrels, bottled at 40% ABV with no additives. Named in honor of the revolutionary samurai Sakamoto Ryōma.

• Profile: Floral and sweet with notes of malted biscuit, cane grass, vanilla, caramel, banana, vanilla custard, lemon zest, hints of sake/fermented (rice, subtle soy), herbs, and creamy wood.
