Leica M4 Analogue camera

The Leica M4 brings together the best of the previous models, combining in the viewfinder the framing guides and automatic parallax correction for focal lengths 35 and 135 (they appear simultaneously) with 50 and 90. For the first time on a Leica, the film rewind control consists of a slanted knob with a folding arm, instead of the awkward pull-out button used until then. Other aesthetic changes include the self-timer and focal-length preselection levers, which are rectangular in shape and black, the advance lever taking a new form and becoming articulated with the last segment coated in plastic. The exposure counter and the shutter-speed button, however, remain as on the Leica M3.
