It is the Japanese version of the set 'ONE PIECE Card Game – Premium Card Collection 25th Anniversary Edition' (or '25th Edition'), released for One Piece's 25th anniversary through Premium Bandai and the 'Meet the ONE PIECE' event.
What does it contain?
10 promo cards (10 different designs) with original illustrations from Eiichiro Oda's manga, reissues with artwork different from the regular releases.
1 dedicated booklet/mini binder, in a rigid folder format.
Release and print run
A commemorative product for the 25th anniversary, initially sold only at the “Meet the ONE PIECE” event and then available for pre-order on Premium Bandai, therefore not distributed as a normal TCG expansion.
Indicative MSRP: around 25 USD for the Japanese set at launch.

Online stores are offering it today at around €55–€75 sealed, depending on availability and region.
