Description from the seller

Olivetti typewriter model Studio 44 by designer Marcello Nizzoli - 1950s-1960s

In 1952 Olivetti introduced the Studio 44, a highly successful semi-standard model for its design and its features. The design of the Studio 44, derived from that of the Lexilon 80, represents, together with the Lettera 22, one of the most important examples of Olivetti design in the 1950s. The machine is portable thanks to an elegant wooden case lined in maroon red.

This machine is sold with its original carrying case and with a protective tabletop case, which is very hard to find.

Dimensions: case 41 x 36 x 20 cm; typewriter 38 x 28 x 14 cm (L x P x A).

The typewriter is in excellent condition and works properly (only the Q key is slightly stiffer than the others); the external case shows some signs of wear.

National and international shipping with tracking via courier.
