Nikon AF Nikkor 24mm 1:2.8 Wide angle lens

The AF Nikkor 24mm f/2.8 was produced between 1986 and 1994. Optically, however, the lens has the same excellent lens formulation as the original 24mm F lens introduced in 1967, albeit with improved lens coatings over the decades.
The color rendition of the lens is fantastic, and with a CPL polarizing filter it’s downright beautiful. The lens tends to light vignetting at f/2.8. It is a very gradual, subtle light fall-off toward the edge of the frame and, in my opinion, contributes enormously to the character of the lens. If you want to eliminate this typical vignetting for wide-angle lenses, you can close the aperture a little and it’s almost gone at f/4. It weighs very little, is bright, and very sharp, making it extremely practical to use.
The optics are clear and scratch-free. It is supplied with a front and rear cap.
