Andy Warhol designed contemporary wardrobe by HB Collection, Germany, from about 1966, laminated panels in yellow, magenta and black, 150 × 205 × 60 cm, limited edition 251/500, with original plaque and Andy Warhol Foundation certificate, in moderate condition with noticeable wear and edge damage, delivered disassembled and for pickup only.
Description from the seller
state
The cabinet is in an age-appropriate, clearly used condition with corresponding signs of wear.
During dismantling, there were chips coming out at several cabinet corners as well as in the area of the fastenings in the particleboard (see detail photos). These primarily affect the connection areas of the side panels and the base panels. The damages should be taken into account accordingly during reconstruction.
The middle shelf shows a slight deflection due to long-term loading (clothes rail / hanger). This is consistent with normal use.
Surfaces with signs of aging and wear.
The cabinet is offered disassembled. Pickup is only on-site; no shipping.
Despite the noted signs of wear, the cabinet features a very decorative and striking front design that can also be used on its own as a design element or focal point.
For sale as shown and described.
